Four Marks Care

A voluntary transport group

Welcome to Four Marks Care

These days we do not always know our neighbours; it’s sometimes difficult to know who to turn to if we need help.

Four Marks Care is a local voluntary group, set up over 40 years ago, to help residents of Four Marks who would appreciate a little neighbourly assistance.

What we do

We provide transport for people in Four Marks unable to drive themselves and who may need a lift to non-emergency medical appointments with their doctor, dentist, hospital etc.

With the support of our team of volunteers we hope that we help people to remain independent in their own homes.

Staffed entirely by unpaid Volunteers; who are reimbursed only for expenses and mileage at cost, our essential aim is to assist those in our civil parish without their own transport and who are unable to use Public Services to attend medical-related appointments.

As one of over 100 voluntary organisations across Hampshire dedicated to the provision of help to people in their locality, we operate within strict guidelines provided by Hampshire’s Good Neighbour Support Service (GNSS) and the legislation in place to protect vulnerable people.
